Developed in partnership with Montgomery Street Partners (MSP) and McCarthy Companies, this 95-unit Build-to-Rent (BTR) neighborhood in Garden City, Idaho bridges the gap between homeownership and traditional multifamily housing. McCarthy is leading the effort through investment analysis, strategic planning, zoning and permitting, and construction management to help deliver a cohesive, high-quality residential experience.
