Sales and Branch Manager Position:

Do you take pride in your leadership abilities? How about have prior experience in management with mastery of people and operating systems? We are seeking a sales and branch manager role for rebuilding our Gillette Wyoming location.
We have been in the oilfield industry 13 years doing insulation, roustabout work and build small oilfield location buildings. The branch manager will be meeting with oilfield clients, ensure that operating & safety procedures are followed and will actively manage employees. The role includes hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluations of foreman and crew. Other duties will include identifying and resolving internal and external problems, including investigating inquiries and complaints and being able to suggest proactive actions. Must set a positive and professional image to employees and clients. Must be self-motivated and well organized. Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience required. Must be at least 21 years of age.
