Here are some pictures of a huge master bedroom I did right before Christmas. This scope had a three day turnaround time as a gift for Christmas and other reasons I'll leave unmentioned. We stripped carpet primed painted repaired holes and slight wall damage. Textured to blend the large repairs and primed wall work. Finish carpentry installed 4 1/4" MDF Crown moulding, caulked, putty holes. Sprayed ceiling with ceiling white lo-sheen and cut and rolled wall work with a popular color pallet hue of a chameleon satin sheen (color changes extremely with different light). Carpet was installed, New 6 pound pad and nice Shaw carpet. Then door jams base and crown was hand painted(brushed) with a modified urethane semi-gloss ultra white finish. All done in three days with furniture staged as well. Pretty happy for the client whom jumped in and helped as well to meet time margin. Clients wife loved the surprise!!

Been working on this one since the beginning of the month.... It was pretty due for some prep and finish..it's over 100 years old and had to be encapsulated for the lead content. Used Sherwin Williams Problock primer two coats plus more where needed, back rolled, and two coats A100 pro series satin finish, back rolled. It finished out nice. Being by the beach these homes need lots of coats often. At this point she should be good for some years for sure. My paint rep recommended the right material for this one. I was just gonna use 100% acrylic but he got me using the waterborne alkyd modified urethane on all the trim. Super tough material. Super high solids white. Pays to listen to your suppliers, they keep us informed of the latest technology. I'm hooked now I think. Thanks Darien Gasner at Sherwin Williams. This home is in OB and I love working by the beach.

Built a couple of beds...one California king and one full with kind of a distressed wood flair to them ....soper easy....💯😁

This one took me two months to do the tear off, get it insulated, wrapped installed new James Hardie plank and trim...tons of prep, 7 cases of painters caulk and 30 gallons of primer and finish...turned out nice. Minor details to do after landscaper is completely done.
