Live where others vacation. Vero Beach was just named the No. 1 trending travel destination for 2027 by Skyscanner, and we can certainly understand why.

Beautiful beaches, great weather, and the laid-back lifestyle of Florida's Treasure Coast. It's why we're proud to build homes here.

Vero Beach topped Skyscanner’s latest travel trends ranking after searches surged more than 200 percent, thanks to its uncrowded shores, laid-back atmosphere, and coastal charm.

One of the best parts of living in Florida is being able to enjoy the outdoors nearly year-round. Whether it's a morning coffee or an evening relaxing by the pool, a screened lanai makes outdoor living part of everyday life.

It's just one more reason we love building homes here on the Treasure Coast.

Like many of our floorplans, the Stillwater can be customized and built on your own lot. Still looking for the right property? We can help with that, too.
