John’s Island Saltillo Tile Repair — Solved at the Source ✅
What started as “a few cracked tiles” turned into a full root-cause fix—and a seamless finish.
We removed every cracked Saltillo tile and opened the area to inspect the substrate.
Found the main water supply line left just below the tile instead of being lowered into the slab.
That placement led to a slab crack, which telegraphed through and cracked the tile.
Installed a properly lowered main water supply and a new water heater for reliability and code-ready performance.
Set new Saltillo tiles, color-matched the grout, and refinished the entire floor.
Result: durable structure beneath, flawless surface above—you can’t even tell we were there.

John’s Island Pool Deck Upgrade — Wrapped ✅
Fresh deck, new pool coping, and a drainage system that actually moves water.
Replaced the old coping with clean, modern lines for a crisp edge around the pool and spa.
Added deck drains and pitched the surface to direct run-off away from doors and planters.
Removed the old pop-up emitters and installed larger drain boxes with grates for higher flow, fewer clogs, and easier maintenance.
Deck installed by our trade partner, Paver Overlays —excellent fit, finish, and pitch.
Result: a drier, safer deck with a cleaner look and better long-term performance.

This cabinet was severely damaged by water intrusion and mold. The original face frames were swollen and decayed, and the structural integrity was compromised.

But instead of tossing it all out, we went to work:

🔹 Carefully disassembled the original face frame
🔹 Milled new hardwood pieces to match the original profile
🔹 Rebuilt the face frame with precision joinery and a fresh finish
🔹 Reassembled, sanded, and repainted to perfectly match the existing cabinetry
🔹 Reinstalled hardware and delivered it looking better than new
