Croom Construction Company is seeking a full time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, highly motivated and must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Salary range of $36,000 to $40,000 with benefit package for full-time employees. Croom Construction Company has been in business for over 40 years and pride ourselves on being the best with the majority of our employees having been part of our family for 15 to 25 years with some over 35 years. Responsibilities:

Open and close the office
General administrative and clerical support
Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face
Answers and screens telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages; meets
and greets visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by supervisor
Composes, types, and distributes professional correspondence, E-mails and scanning
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Tidy and maintain the reception area
Print misc. documents
Assist staff with misc. duties
Qualifications:

Must be a team player!
Verbal and communication skills
Possess a positive and professional attitude
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Detail oriented with strong organizational habits
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Computer experience is a must
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
High School Diploma required
Full-time, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
