Re-doing Duct work in a home is a tough task during the summer months here in Florida. When you find “Bacterial Growth” in a homes air stream it can’t be avoided. As an HVAC company this is our highest concern for homeowners. You have to take proper steps to remove this so it doesn’t get air born.

Out with old in with the New Tranes!

The Hyperion cabinet from Trane is designed for Floridas hot garages and attics. It is a positive pressure cabinet so better airflow through out the home as well. No more condensation issues from the metal cabinets! Added a nice 5” filter from Trane on the units as well.

This is why it’s important for you as a homeowner to have the right HVAC contractor. We should always educate the homeowner on what application that best suits their home.

One of our crews has something on the hook this morning ! Another change out for Hair Cuttery.

Fun fact: We are the sole service provider for All of the Hair Cuttery’s from Coco Beach to Jensen Beach. We have been serving them for quite some time now. They know we provide dependability and accountability. Two most important things for a Franchise or Homeowner.

Crews started a New Duct job today. Customer had previously hired a company to do a New Unit Install. They didn’t strap and seal the return properly and it fell off! This caused the unit to suck in attic air! Homeowner lives out state and was not aware of these issues.

We noticed fungi growth on a lot more of the duct work as well. So we are here to rectify these issues and give the homeowner some fresh new air to breathe!
