Wow 30 year old motor out of a carrier package unit finally died. I helped install this unit when i worked at Climatic Heating and Air in Vero Beach. As you can tell, the blower wheel, vertical shaft, came off with ease after some light sanding and l**e. When i tell you that tbey dont make em like this anymore, I mean it. Evaporator fan motors (ecm style) maybe last 5 years.

Changing this $25 part every so often can save you from ruining a $1,000 + compressor. If you leave for the summer, have...

This is the garbage ac work i see daily. If you don’t want it done properly please call someone else. Any class B schmoe can give you crap and charge too much. If you’re going to pay, at least get it done the correct way. Or you can end up with equipment installs and service like this crap in the pictures. Then call us after to fix it up proper.

DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!! Please call is to clean your dryer vent from lower end to the exit on the roof or sidewall. I also noticed some faster drying times being reported back to me after cleanings. You would not believe how hard n crusty that lint gets at the exit point. Many times the gooseneck flap is seald shut by this hardened lint. No flow at all causing more lint in your laundry room and failed drying loads then tripped overloads. If your overload fails you may have a fire. See house on fire pic for further explanation.

Remember when hiring a hvac company to make sure they have qualified technicians. This great technician didn’t have a clue he put the fan blade on upside down. This caused the unit not to remove the heat from the condenser and make the unit run much hotter.

Still trying to figure out why newbees or others would condemn a whole package unit for one simple leaky drier. 2018 model icp with little wear. Im pointing to poor management that has their techs sell $12,000 ( Total ripoff btw) systems to people when there’s plenty of life left. Or its just plain laziness by the tech. Well laziness or greed? Both? Where will you be on judgement day?

Big name company told this customer they were in need of a new system due to a bad vibration coming from the air handler. A quick look from a expert and had the customer back up and cooling same day for a few hundred dollars. Remember give us a call for a second opinion!!! I’m seeing more and more company’s trying to sell units instead of fixing perfectly good units.
