We have a FULL TIME opening on our janitorial cleaning crew in Benton Harbor. 730am start time. Currently Monday-Friday; have worked weekends in the past on a rotating basis. No experience necessary. Must pay attention to detail, be organized and have excellent attendance. Currently scheduling interviews - looking to start someone ASAP

Alternating hours each week:
1 week = M-F 730a-12 (or earlier)
Pay is $120~ per day

Next week = M-F 730a-12 (or earlier)
PLUS 7pm-830pm (the evening hours can be a little bit flexible)
Pay is $200~ per day

-Do you know any carpenters that are not happy with their current employment?
-Are they bored with the same projects day in and day out?
-If you follow our page, you will know we do a wide range of projects: kitchens, bathrooms, decks, additions all the way up to new construction.
-We offer competitive pay and a full line of benefits: health, dental and vision
-Daily vehicle allowance or even a company truck with enough experience
-We provide all tools necessary to complete the jobs, you are responsible for having a fully rigged pouch and basic hand tools
-3 day weekends in the summer

Requirements:
-5+ years of experience in remodeling or new construction
-Able to lead crew members
-Quality control management
-Time management skills
-High attention to detail
-Reliable transportation
-Know their way around a jobsite
-Client communication skills

Most of our work is located within 20 minutes of Vicksburg, MI

Pay is negotiable based on experience.
Must be able to provide references
