A supplier of custom pike and muskie spears for darkhouse spearing. They are hard and tough and resist bending very well.

The tines on these spears are all made with PROPERLY hardened and spring tempered tool steel. The handles are tubular 6061 aircraft grade aluminum. They are much lighter and stiffer than 1/2 inch steel. The spears are generally made to 63 inches over all length, but this can be changed at the buyers discretion. This design puts most of the weight up front where it is needed for straight flight in

deep water. The weight is approximately 8.5 pounds for the heavy weight spear, 6.5 pounds for the standard weight spear and 4.25 pounds for the Lightweight spear. The width of the tines is 10 inches on the 9-tined version, 8.5 inches for the 7-tined Standard weight and 7 7/8 for the Lightweight. The price varies depending on the grip configuration and number of tines.
