Located at 111 E Carson Blvd in the South End of Charlotte, the 42-story residential tower known as the Vivian is part of the new Queensbridge
Collective development.The project includes 409 apartments ranging from studio to three-bedroom units and approximately 25,000 square feet of
ground-floor retail. The development was acquired by Riverside Investment & Development Co. together with Woodfield Development, and is being
constructed by Clark Construction Group serving as the GC. In addition to the apartment tower, plans call for an adjacent office-oriented
structure within the same site footprint, incorporating a high-rise office tower with more than 200,000 square feet of tenant space.
The full development, estimated at a cost of around $700 million, is designed to bridge the gap between the Uptown and South End neighborhoods
with integrated residential, commercial and office uses. Would you live here?
