Mighty Air Techs LLC

Here’s the story behind the name Mighty Air Techs! 💙

Coming up with a name that felt right was such an important part of starting this business. We wanted something that represented strength, trust, and the kind of company we hoped to build from day one.

I was also incredibly fortunate to have an amazing team around me from the very beginning who helped bring the vision to life, so a huge shoutout to Stephen and Jaclyn for being part of those early days and helping us get Mighty Air Techs started.

It’s pretty special looking back now and seeing how a simple name has grown into a brand, a team, and a business we’re so proud of. 💙

Matthew was left speechless 😶 and that’s a shocker within itself…

We’re incredibly proud of how far Mighty Air Techs has come, and even more excited about where we’re headed! 💙

Building this business has taken a whole lot of hard work, believing in the vision even when things got tough, and most importantly, surrounding ourselves with the right people.

Hiring a team that cares about our customers, supports each other, and wants to grow with us has made all the difference. What started as a dream has turned into something bigger than we ever imagined, and we know we’re just getting started.

Keep working. Keep building. Keep believing in what you’re creating. 👏🏽

I’m a business owner, but I’m also a husband, a father, HR, a problem solver, a decision maker, and about a million other things depending on the day. 😂

Some days are exhausting, some are chaotic, and some make me wonder how we keep everything moving. But I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

I’m incredibly blessed to be in a position where I get to wear all of these hats, build something meaningful with my family, and create a future we’re proud of.

At the end of the day, it’s bigger than HVAC. It’s about family, purpose, and building something that lasts. 💙

Another successful quarterly team outing in the books, and this one was extra special thanks to Johnstone Supply South Texas! 💙🥩

We’ve worked with Lucas at Johnstone since the very beginning, and he has always been amazing to our team. So when he offered to sponsor this quarter’s outing, we were incredibly grateful.

The weather was perfect, the steaks were good, and getting everyone together outside of work for a relaxed night at the house made it even better.

We’re thankful for the vendors who support us, the team that keeps Mighty Air Techs moving, and the chance to slow down every once in a while and enjoy the people we get to build this business with.
