Good afternoon to all of my friends, family, followers, and funded clients in within my Solar business. I'm here to share some very important information for all of you in hopes that you don't fall within the same challenges that I've been dealing with. For those of you who aren't aware, we've been in business since 2014 and we've now completed 757 solar projects, including many commercial jobs within the state of Texas. And as many of you solar installers know, none of us are responsible for defective equipment or merchandise but the needs to take care of the customer still lies upon us. And so here's what I'm talking about. I'm sure many of you have had issues in the past with defective equipment but it's especially very difficult to deal with when the manufacturer doesn't help you get the issue resolved for your customer. And we've been dealing with lots of challenging issues with the following manufacturers listed below and so I'm wanting to know if any of you out there have any insight or experience to share. The bottom line is we can help each other out by sharing our experiences and making sure we move on with a totally different manufacture so we don't have to deal with all these challenges. Here's my personal list of manufacturers who have been difficult to deal with in my past experience:
Yotta Energy - we've had a major commercial job installed for our customer and within the first 90 days we experienced significant malfunctions and the system is not even 2 years old and it's now had 5 major malfunctions and they're not willing to help get it fixed for the customer. And yes, we still owe them a little bit of money but the customer isn't satisfied, the malfunction issues have been consistent, so how can anyone expect to collect the full balance due for a job that is regularly problematic? Sol-Ark Energy - there's lots and lots of documentation and articles that have been shared all over the internet. I've now spent a few hundred thousand dollars just trying to get my customers taken care of and they haven't honored any of their warranty at all!
EG4 Electronics - same as above, lots of problematic issues with them as well and they've not been very helpful at all either. In fact all they've done is make excuses and not make any effort to help our customers.
