This system was originally scheduled for routine maintenance—but we quickly found it was completely out of refrigerant 😬

After performing a full leak test, we identified the issue:

✔️ Failed Schrader valves

🔥 WE’LL GET YOU COOL — NO MATTER WHAT

This one was a tough situation. The homeowner had an old R-22 system that finally gave out, but a brand new replacement just wasn’t in the budget right now.

So we got creative. 💡

We sourced a solid R-22 unit in good condition, installed it properly, and got their AC back up and running. Now they’ve got cold air again and some breathing room.

Is this a forever solution? No.
But it’s the right solution for right now.

Here’s a before and after of a motor pulley adjustment. There was a pigeon that had gotten into the exhaust and completely ruined the alignment. With a couple of adjustments and some motivation, we got this thing back running perfectly. No more squeak, no more squeal, no more lost belts.
