60/40 light medium and heavy.

Hey guys I wanted to make a post real quick just kinda updating everyone on what exactly we still offer and what we do not. This will help everyone stay aware of what all we can do for you and what we can not. Over the last 6 years TCR has grown a lot in many ways so with growth comes change.

TCR has a 100 acre Sand pit that provides all types of dirt materials for foundations both commercial/ Residential and industrial use. The pit is located between Beaumont and Sour Lake. We have the capability to haul up to 500 loads of dirt a day if needed. Keep that in mind for all of your dirt needs within a 30 mile radius of china road.

As far as land clearing goes. Yes we still offer it but with some circumstances to keep in mind . We now have a 3 acre minimum on land clearing services. We have no maximum after 3 acres.

We still dig a minimum of 25 ponds a year and that will never change or be removed from things we offer.

We build house pads using the material from your new custom ponds or we can provide the dirt and the work to build them as well.

We are heavy on the industrial side of the fence when it comes to dirt work, rock lay down yards , big pads for large facilities and anything dirt and rock related.

We still offer a wide variety of demolition work for any type of demo using large 100 yard demo trailers.

We have several more pieces of equipment now and a larger staff to be able to stay moving job to job. The dirt pit is a whole separate business of mine and does not take away time from what I’ve built the last 6 years doing.

Texas Construction Resources wants to share this with everyone as we start to move into the summer season so that you guys all know what we can help provide. Things are looking pretty different over here in Port Arthur today. Wrapping up some final touches. Going to let it air out and bring over our dragline once the moisture has aired out and slick this property off. This was a marsh lands job so to bring it from where it was to now is a massive step in the right direction on a job like this. Today I’m thankful for all the continued support from everyone that has helped build this dream. 5 years ago I asked god to please give me the wisdom I needed to start my own business and he did exactly that. Nothing but lessons and blessings have been delivered to my door step along the way. I love my friends and family very much and couldn’t be more blessed to say that. Our God is an awesome God. Transformation Tuesday in downtown Beaumont. We did a complete renovation on an old abandoned property and turned it into a new lay down yard for Acme Trucking. Over 1000 tons of crushed concrete hauled in and over 1500 tons of rock and fill hauled out along with a lot of demo hauled out. Passed all inspections today and now ready for a sweeper and new fencing. Thanks Acme Trucking for the continuous repeat work. We appreciate you for trusting in TCR.

Now you see it. Now you don’t😎 down to the final 5-6 loads of concrete to haul off in the morning. The team and I at Texas Construction Resources made the haul to Hemphill Texas this week morning to dark to Demo about a 6000 sqft lake house. There’s not a single project we will not handle. Had to figure out a lot of resources to get this one done. Thanks Terry Metreyeon for trusting in TCR to handle this project for you.

Another Grand slam done by Texas Construction Resources 150x150 house pad raised over 3 feet with roughly a 1 acre custom pond and 200 feet of driveway. Before and after on our most recent project. This place was a swamp when we started. Shown here is now a 450x150 pad raised 3 foot tall. On top of that pad is a 120x120 pad raised 2 foot tall. We put in two driveways over 1000 foot long and built a large parking pad in as well. Pond is an acre and nearly 30 foot deep. Big thanks to Randy Schafer for trusting im TCR to handle this project. We did this job remote to Randy while he was home in North Dakota and showcased the project through drone footage and FaceTime calls the whole way start to finish. We will do what ever it takes to make our customers happy.
