We had a great time celebrating the end of our 31st work season and Lazaro's retirement. Lazaro has been a laborer with Impressive Construction for 13 consecutive seasons. We are truly grateful for Lazaro's hard work, skill, dedication and loyalty! He has been an instrumental part of our crew, and he will be deeply missed! We wish him continued success and lots of rest and relaxation! For the rest of our crew, it's time to rest and recharge for Spring! See you in 2026! 🚧👷🏼🔨
