The men who started it all.

Long before Tributary Homes started, there were just two guys who happened to serve on several boards together in the early 2000s.

Kip and Mike started on what was supposed to be one project together into another… and then another. Before they knew it, that one project had grown into something much bigger than either of them probably imagined.

Today, Tributary Homes is a growing company, building 50+ homes each year and helping bring our clients’ dreams to life.

Pretty cool to look back and see just how far that one project has come. 🏡💙

Check out what’s been going on lately!🚧

1. Framing is under way on the Redick house.
2. Boards are framed up and rough plumbing has been done, now we wait for the slab!
3. This house has been completely gutted! We’re doing a complete home renovation here in Bowdon.
4. Lot 6 in The Overlook has been framed and now it’s time for house wrap.
5. Lot 7 isn’t far behind!
