Yesterday, we celebrated an amazing milestone for Revive Dental. We partnered with Revive Dental back in 2020 to help produce a concept for fundraising efforts for their expansion needs. Five years later, we have broken ground on a clinic that will aid in making a bigger and positive impact for those in need of dental care in Chattanooga!

Revive Dental is a non-profit faith based dental clinic who has served more than 15,000 patients who are in need of low-cost dental care and has donated more than 4 million dollars in services. Check out their mission below! Revivedental.org

This past weekend an adaptive re-use project we’ve worked on had its grand opening. The is an early 1900’s clothing mill that has been converted to an open market with various vendors, a coffee shop, and outdoor amenities. We are so excited to see the progress made in such an iconic building and that it is establishing a central spot for small businesses to thrive in Bremen, Ga. Be sure to go check it out!

Did you know? Here at RAD we don’t specialize in one project typology. We have a diverse knowledge of project types..including residential! Here is one of our residential projects located in Carrollton, Ga called Kayak Cove.

Kayak Cove is a cottage community located on Lake Carroll in Carrollton, Georgia. The community features nine 900 square foot, two bedroom / two bath units. The units are composed of two design styles. A coastal model and a modern model. Designed to offer the balanced blend of modern amenities and rustic charm.

We focused on how to modernize Chapelhill Church Dunwoody, by balancing aesthetics, functional needs, and the client’s core values.
