FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
AgroRenew announced today that their current plans to build a manufacturing plant in the Knox County area have been suspended. While the company remains fully committed to the project, unforeseen circumstances, continued delays in process equipment deliveries, and growing financial constraints on out of country deliverables have introduced challenges to the construction timeline and the current viability of the project.
AgroRenew has worked with Knox County Indiana Development Corporation (KCIED) to transfer all the land on Elkhorn Road back to KCIED and has completed the Deed transfer. Along with the land transfer, AgroRenew has committed to repay the grant dollars provided as part of the economic development incentive.
The Company also has committed to supporting any local investors by purchasing their investment back. The Company continues to work with partners on the use of the formulations and technology developed.
