🚧 Week 4 Progress Update: Bobst 1232 NT Flexo Folder Gluer Installation! 🚧

Week 4 has brought us even closer to launching our brand-new Bobst 1232 NT Flexo Folder Gluer, and the momentum is stronger than ever here at Vineland Packaging! 💪

🔧 Bobst technicians remain on-site finalizing software and firmware updates, completing the wiring of key components, and performing dry machine runs without paper. These tests ensure every function is operating exactly as it should before we begin testing with board. Once full testing and calibration are complete, we’ll move right into production team training on salable orders.

📦 Our EAM-Mosca TRC6-SQ4 Squaring Bundler has been fully installed and is ready for action, poised to bring efficiency and accuracy to our bundling operations.

⚙️ WSA USA, LLC has completed the installation and testing of both the Loadformer and Prefeeder. Once the Bobst 1232 NT is running, WSA’s team will return to conduct operator training so our staff can fully leverage these high-performance systems.

🧼 JB Machinery will also return once the folder gluer is operational to train our team on the Kleenplate 3.0 and Colordry XL3000 systems — ensuring we’re ready to maximize print quality and productivity from day one.

We’re getting extremely close… and if all continues as planned, we expect to be running the Bobst 1232 NT Flexo Folder Gluer in earnest by the start of Week 5! 🚀

🚧 Mid Week 3 Progress Update: Bobst 1232 NT Flexo Folder Gluer Installation! 🚧

Things are really coming to life here at Vineland Packaging as our new Bobst 1232 NT Flexo Folder Gluer moves another step closer to full operation! 💪

⚡ Bobst technicians have officially powered up the machine and are now performing firmware updates as they prepare for testing and calibration — an exciting milestone in the installation process.
🧼 JB Machinery will return during Week 4 to train Vineland Packaging personnel on the proper operation and setup of the Kleenplate 3.0 and Colordry XL3000 systems, ensuring our team is ready to get the most out of these advanced technologies.
📦 Automated Conveyor Systems Inc. (ACS) continues to install and program the new conveyor systems, fine-tuning the setup for seamless integration with the FFG line.
🚚 WSA USA, LLC has now installed the Load Former, and with the expert assistance of Garton's Rigging of Vineland, NJ, the Prefeeder has been placed inline and is currently being installed by the WSA USA technicians.

Everything is coming together beautifully — and as we look ahead to Week 4, we’re gearing up for testing, calibration, and training on our new Bobst 1232 NT Flexo Folder Gluer line!

🚧 Week 3 Progress Update: Bobst 1232 NT Flexo Folder Gluer Installation! 🚧

Another exciting week of progress here at Vineland Packaging as our new Bobst 1232 NT Flexo Folder Gluer continues to come together! 💪

⚙️ Bobst technicians are making excellent progress on wiring, connections, and system integrations, preparing the machine for power-up and testing in the near future.
🧼 Over the weekend, JB Machinery completed installation of their Kleenplate 3.0 and Colordry XL3000 systems — advanced technologies that reduce printing defects, keep print plates clean, and deliver superior ink curing for top-quality results.
📦 Automated Conveyor Systems Inc. (ACS) has been on-site installing and programming the controllers for the new conveyor systems, including the in-feed and bundle line, ensuring a seamless flow from start to finish.
🔧 Meanwhile, final alignment and setup work continue across the entire system as all components start to work together.

And about those two large blue crates we mentioned last week… 👀
They contained our brand-new Prefeeder and Load Former, both manufactured by WSA USA, LLC! These additions will allow us to maximize the speed and efficiency of our new Bobst 1232 NT Flexo Folder Gluer, further enhancing productivity and throughput.

A special shoutout to Garton's Rigging of Vineland, NJ, whose team has been expertly maneuvering and placing the various components throughout this project with precision and care. 👏

🚧 Mid Week 2 Progress Update: Bobst 1232 NT Flexo Folder Gluer Installation! 🚧

Things are moving full speed ahead here at Vineland Packaging as we continue with the installation of our Bobst 1232 NT Flexo Folder Gluer! 💪

🔌 Bobst technicians are hard at work wiring the machine, connecting each section, and preparing for the next phase — power-up!
🛡️ Nassau is wrapping up their portion of the installation, finishing the fencing and shrouds around the machine to complete their setup.
📦 Our EAM Mosca bundler will be placed inline, aligning perfectly with the new system to streamline our bundling operations.

Looking ahead to the end of the week:
🧼 JB Machinery will arrive Friday to begin installing the Kleenplate 3.0 and Colordry XL3000 systems — upgrades that will enhance print quality and efficiency.
⚙️ Automated Conveyor Systems Inc. (ACS) will also be on-site Friday to install the controllers for the new conveyor systems, including the in-feed and bundle line.

And… we received two large blue crates on Tuesday 👀 (courtesy of Garton's Rigging INC.) — what’s inside? You’ll have to stay tuned for next week’s update to find out!

Each day, the Bobst 1232 NT is coming closer to life, and we can’t wait to share what’s next as we move toward full operation.

🚧 Day 7 Progress Update: Bobst 1232 NT Flexo Folder Gluer Installation! 🚧

Progress continues here at Vineland Packaging as we move through Week 2 of our Bobst 1232 NT Flexo Folder Gluer installation! 💪

🔌 The various machine sections are now being wired and connected to the electrical cabinets, bringing us one step closer to powering up this state-of-the-art line.
📦 Our brand-new EAM Mosca bundler is also being placed inline, aligning perfectly with the folder gluer to streamline bundling and packaging operations.
⚙️ With each connection made, the machine is coming together rapidly — a true team effort between our staff, Bobst, Nassau, and EAM Mosca technicians.

As installation continues, we’ll be transitioning to a mid-week update schedule to capture the major milestones and next phases of progress.

We’re getting closer every day to seeing this advanced system in action — boosting our production speed, precision, and quality for our customers. Stay tuned for more updates soon!

🚧 Day 6 Progress Update: Bobst 1232 NT Flexo Folder Gluer Installation! 🚧

Big strides today at Vineland Packaging as our new Bobst 1232 NT Flexo Folder Gluer is really starting to take shape! 💪

All major sections of the machine — including the Feed Section, Print Stations, Die-Cut Section, Slotter Section, and Counter-Ejector — have now been placed on the tracks, and it’s finally starting to look like the impressive piece of equipment it is. 👀

As we head into Week 2, our focus will shift to wiring and connecting the machine’s systems to bring everything to life.

In the coming days, JB Machinery will be on-site to install two advanced systems:
🧼 Kleenplate 3.0 – a printing defect eliminator and automatic print plate washer that keeps every print sharp and consistent.
💡 Colordry XL3000 – a UV drying system that rapidly cures flexographic inks, enhancing both print speed and quality.

These cutting-edge systems will take our print precision and efficiency to the next level — another exciting leap forward in our commitment to delivering the very best in corrugated packaging. 📦✨

Momentum continues to build here at Vineland Packaging as installation of our new Bobst 1232 NT Flexo Folder Gluer moves steadily forward! 💪

✅ The Counter-Ejector section has now been fully installed and completed, marking another major milestone in the setup process.
⚡ Our team, alongside the Bobst and Nassau technicians, also made significant progress on the electrical systems, continuing the wiring and connections that will power this high-performance line.

Up next — tomorrow’s focus will shift to the placement of several key machine sections, including the Feed Section, Print Stations, Die-Cut Section, and Slotter Section.

Each completed step brings us closer to a faster, smarter, and more efficient production process — further strengthening our commitment to quality and innovation in corrugated packaging. 📦✨
