Before you head our way, be sure to locate your Drive-Thru Pass and bring it with you.

Here’s what to do:
1️⃣ Find your Drive-Thru Pass in your July/August bill
2️⃣ If you receive a digital bill, print your pass
3️⃣ Bring your pass to REC Day on Thursday, September 3, from 2–6 p.m.

Members: Please keep an eye out for two important pieces of mail this month! Many of you will be receiving a capital credit check from our recent patronage capital retirement. Also, those who receive a paper bill should be on the lookout for their REC Day Drive-Thru Pass that will arrive with either their July or August bill. It will be the second page of the bill (look for the barcode). Bring this with you to one of our four REC Day drive-thru locations on September 3 from 2-6 p.m. to help expedite the registration process and qualify for a bonus $500 prize drawing.

NOEC offices will be closed for employee training on Thursday, August 20, from 12 p.m to 3 p.m. Our dispatch center will be manned during that time to take any outage calls. Service issues can also be reported using the NOEC app.
