Some bosses manage people.
Some lead people.
And then there are the rare ones who genuinely change the lives of everyone lucky enough to work beside them.
She carries more on her shoulders than most people will ever know, yet somehow she still shows up every single day with strength, grace, determination, and a smile.
She leads by example, pushes through the hardest circumstances without giving up, and somehow still finds the time to encourage, support, and take care of every single one of us.
Because of her, we succeed.
Because of her, we are spoiled.
Because of her, we know what it feels like to be valued, appreciated, and believed in.
She expects excellence BECAUSE SHE GIVES EXCELLENCE.
She celebrates our wins, picks us up after our losses, and reminds us every day that we're capable of more than we think.
And if you've ever worked for her, and with her, you've definitely heard her say: "In here, I'm boss. Out there, on the sidewalk... I'm Mom."
The funny thing is... she means every word of it.
She'll hold us accountable when we're inside these walls, but once we step outside, she's cheering us on, checking on us, loving us, and treating us like family.
And that's a gift not many people ever get from a boss!
Thank you, Natalie, for leading with your heart, for never giving up on us, for believing in us when we don't believe in ourselves, and for making this more than just a workplace.
We are successful because of your leadership.
We are stronger because of your example.
We are incredibly blessed because you are our boss... *and* our "Mom" when we need one most. # # # # # #
