Plumber Job Summary
Our construction company is growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team. In this position, the Plumber will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation and repair of the plumbing systems on our various projects. We offer competitive pay and consistent, long-term work. Experienced and qualified individuals are encouraged to apply. This is 1099 position with immediate full-time opportunity. Earning Potential of $65,000++

Plumber Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems on all projects
• Respond to plumbing calls from our general contracting team
• Install plumbing systems on properties as needed
• Work with our Expeditor to obtain permits for plumbing work to be performed
• Adhere to current rules and regulations related to plumbing so that systems pass inspection the first time

Plumber Requirements and Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED required
• 5+ years’ technical and trade experience
• Current plumbing license
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems
• Understanding of the current regulations within the field
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Handyman/Carpenter Duties and Responsibilities
Highly Skilled and Can Perform the following, but not limited to:
• Perform minor plumbing repairs (e.g. replace water heaters, toilets, disposals, and repair minor leaks, etc.)
• Perform routine landscaping on the grounds
• Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
• Repair sheetrock
• Carpentry and Installation (e.g. cabinets)
• Minor electrical repairs and the repairs of equipment or appliances
• Minor Roof Repairs
• Installation of handrails

Handyman/Carpenter Requirements and Qualifications
• Proven experience as handyman
• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
• Basic math skills
• Good communication ability
• Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
• Attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent

Electrician Duties and Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment
• Remain in compliance with current National Electric Code
• Inspect and test components of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches and switch gears
• Complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs
• Run computer cables, connect computer jacks and plugs and test for adequate operation
• Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s installation manuals to complete assigned projects
• Survey electrical systems, circuits and plans

Electrician Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma/GED required
• 5+ years’ experience in the electrical trade
• Able to work well on a team
• Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment
