Technician Shawn was the recipient of a random act of kindness yesterday. After working many hours in the direct sunlight on a rooftop repairing an air conditioner in 95 degree temperatures and heat index up to 107 a kind person observed his work from her adjacent window and noticed he had been exposed to the super hot elements for hours. She noticed he had not taken a break and brought him Chick-fil-a and a drink. He was so appreciative of her thoughtfulness. Thank you kind person for looking out for our Kellam Mechanical technician, you are a sweet hero!
