Speight Marshall Francis is proud to be part of the W M Jordan and 510 Architects team helping transform the former Sampson Paint building along Hull Street in Richmond, Virginia, into a vibrant new mixed-use residential community.

This redevelopment will breathe new life into a historic industrial property, creating approximately 98 apartment units supported by a nearly 200-space structured parking garage.

As Richmond continues to grow, projects like this play an important role in meeting the demand for urban housing while preserving and reimagining the character of existing neighborhoods.
