One of the most meaningful moments yet for our St. Jude Dream Home® ❤️🏠

Recently, we hosted our Rock Signing event at River Estates at Hillpoint Farms in Suffolk — a special tradition inspired by the Hope Garden at the St. Jude campus in Memphis. Instead of a traditional floor signing, Beverly, our Design Center Manager for the Richmond and Hampton Roads divisions, wanted this home to tell a different story.

Each rock signed by our trades, vendors, and partners will become part of a special rock garden at the home, symbolizing hope, healing, and the community behind this incredible mission.

The evening also featured a flower bar, Chick-fil-A catering, visits from the Chick-fil-A Cow, and a special appearance by Suffolk Mayor Michael Duman.

We’re so grateful to everyone helping bring this Dream Home to life in support of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - Virginia. ❤️

Each rock will be signed by the incredible trades, vendors, and partners who helped bring this home to life, creating a lasting tribute to the people and purpose behind it all.

We recently gathered with the subcontractors, vendors, trades, and partners helping bring our St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - Virginia Dream Home® to life, and the support in the room was truly inspiring. Hearing everyone’s passion for the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital — and seeing so many people willing to give their time, talent, and resources to help families in need — made this event incredibly special.

This home is more than just a build. It represents compassion, generosity, and a shared commitment to making a difference for children and families facing childhood cancer.

Bringing the vision to life, one detail at a time ❤️🏠

Beverly, our Design Center Manager in our Virginia divisions (and the creative mind behind this St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - Virginia Dream Home®), recently met on-site with the team from Williams Facility Services to walk through the layout for the paver patio — and they absolutely nailed it. Every detail came together just as envisioned.

This outdoor space is going to be such a meaningful part of the home, and it’s moments like these that make the process so special. Huge thanks to our incredible trade partners whose craftsmanship and care help turn plans into reality.

We can’t wait to see it all come together!
