Last week, we said a big HAPPY 5th BIRTHDAY to our Acceleration Station and an even bigger THANK YOU to Ruth, who has been with DPI since the beginning of our journey in .

We printed a tiara to commemorate her hard work, dedication, and skill in using the machines.

Pacific Plastics Injection Molding has fully integrated with Diversified Plastics, Inc.

Diversified Plastics, Inc. (DPI) acquired Vista, CA-based Pacific Plastics Injection Molding (PPIM) in December of 2018. Since that time, the two ISO 13485 and 9001 certified facilities have advanced their resources through collaboration and shared capabilities. To better serve our customers and streamline operations further, we are fully integrating PPIM into DPI.

The Acceleration Station now offers Carbon’s EPU 43 a soft damping elastomer material, which delivers increased airflow, and excellent durability under high-cycle flexing. EPU 43 is ideal for applications where foam is traditionally used.

As the only Carbon Product Network partner currently offering EPU 43 in bulk, many of our customers are already benefiting with parts manufactured from this material.
