New construction, Mechanical side: large-bore ductwork going in across a major commercial project.

Every section hung to structure, joints sealed, seams squared before the ceiling ever closes. This is the stage nobody sees in the finished building, and it decides how the building breathes for the next forty years.

Fabricated to spec, installed to standard, coordinated in BIM before the first section left the shop.

Multiple chilled-water cassettes went down in a university residence hall. In August. In Texas.

We diagnosed the failures, got replacement units secured, and the moment equipment hit the ground our crews were in the building. Ceiling open, old units out, new units hung, piped, and back online, with the space cleaned and returned to students.

Speed only counts if the work holds. Occupied-building work is its own discipline: contained, scheduled around the people who live there, done right the first time.

From the chiller plant to the cassette in the ceiling, one team covers the whole system.

Update from the campus steam project.

Mission-critical work: traced a leak on a live 4-inch steam main fed from the central boiler plant, installed isolation valves, shut the section down, and welded in new pipe. Back in service. No leaks.

Boiler work doesn't stop at the plant wall.

Data centers don't get a maintenance window. Server rooms, labs, and control rooms either, and the cooling in those rooms gets serviced, repaired, and replaced while everything stays online.

Data center cooling is a different discipline than comfort cooling. CRAC and CRAH precision units, dual-circuit refrigeration, controls and alarm integration, and full changeouts sequenced in live white space. Every step planned before anyone touches a unit, because in a data center the plan is the product.

Facility directors: if the precision cooling protecting your data center is aging out, the time to plan the changeover is before it fails at 2 a.m.

Our crews are replacing the underground steam distribution that serves buildings across campus. Excavation, new steam piping, new valve installations. The kind of infrastructure nobody sees and every building depends on.
