Battle Lumber Company mourns the loss of Mrs. Rebecca A. Battle. June 23, 1934-May 4, 2025. Mrs. Rebecca and her husband the late Wayne Battle started the company in 1962 with 8 employees. Rebecca leaves a wonderful legacy in Jefferson County and beyond. She left an indelible mark through her dedication to family and business. Visitation will be this evening at Wadley Methodist Church from 5pm-8pm. Funeral service will be held at Wadley Methodist Church on Wednesday , May 7th at 11am. James Funeral Home in Wrens, Georgia is overseeing the arrangements for Mrs. Rebecca A. Battle. Keep the Battle family and the company in your prayers.
