🏍️ PROJECT IN PROGRESS — HONDA FAT CAT TR200

We’ve got a pretty unique one coming through the shop at Plasmarc LLC — a Honda Fat Cat TR200.

These bikes were only produced for a short period, making original Fat Cats a pretty uncommon piece of Honda history. This one is getting some attention to help preserve it and bring the metal components back to life.

• Sandblasting & surface preparation
• Powder coating
• Cleaning up and protecting the original components
• Careful attention to the parts that make this bike unique

This isn't just about making old parts look good. Proper preparation and a durable finish can help protect metal components from rust and corrosion and keep a piece of machinery like this around for years to come.

We'll be documenting the progress and sharing the finished results once the TR200 is ready to go back together.

The 49" model pictured is available now for $600, and we can also build them in several sizes:

Each one is fabricated from steel and finished with high-temperature paint for outdoor use. Perfect for patios, backyards, wineries, event spaces, or anyone looking for something you won't find sitting outside a big-box store.

🔧 $25 minimum diagnostic / bench charge
🔧 $40/hour for more involved repairs
🔧 Replacement parts available or ordered as needed
🔧 No additional work performed without your approval

We can help with common issues including hotends and extruders, clogged nozzles, heating problems, belts and motion systems, bed leveling, Z-offset, wiring, firmware, poor print quality, calibration, upgrades and more.

We don't just want to get your printer working—we want to help you understand it.

Setup and calibration customers receive a personalized Known-Good Settings Card with the baseline settings used to successfully test their machine, giving you a reliable starting point when you get home.

Most consumer FDM printers welcome, including Creality, Elegoo, Anycubic, Sovol, Prusa, Bambu Lab, FlashForge and more.
