On this project the home owner didnt like how it was so hot in this area. So we did something about it 💪🏽

-Added Insulation
-Hung some drywall
-Taped, patched, textured
-Painted it
-Installed new lights

Home owner loves it, quality of work and how fast we completed it. He wants us to do all the rooms now and replace all the flooring 😅

Bathroom Shower Surround and Countertop Replacement.

-Replaced tub to walk to shower
-Single wall house, so we had to add trim to the perimeter of the shower surround
- Replaced vanity countertop and added new over mount sink.

Window Replacement

-Removed existing fixed glass and jalousie windows.
-Replaced with new jalousie.
-Replaced whole exterior wall
-Installed drywall to the interior and matched the texture.

Home owners wanted to match these new windows with the existing jalousies around the house. I like them more than the sliding windows, gives more air flow into the house.

Thank you to Manong Ed for the work!
Existing shower pan has been leaking due un proper water proofing on the shower curb.

Renovated entire shower and added corner shelves. Updated shower door. Replaced all base boards to plastic.

Will assist lead person in multiple tasks, Will drive Company Van, Pick up/ Drop off Tools and Materials, Labor Work, Clean up and Set up for every job site.

Must Have:
Drivers License and Vehicle
Basic Tools

Must know how to:
Read a measuring tape
Cut Material
Use a screw gun/drill gun

Experience in these fields is a plus:
Carpentry
Drywall
Taping/Patching
Painting
Flooring
Electrical
Plumbing
Tiling
Fixture Installations
Problem solving

Overall looking for someone who can work well with others, with great communication and approachable.
