Kelly has been in the excavation business all his life. Starting working for his dad Cecil OHara when he was 15. It was then called Cecils Construction.

The area has been backfilled and compacted. Additionally, a yard water issue is being addressed.

Prepping a new addition being added on to existing shed. Had to move a shipping container, stripped the topsoil, hauled in fill and cut down some trees.

Building a new driveway and shed prep for a customer. Hauled in Fill and Class 5 base. Now waiting for footings and bloc...
