Project Update Photos 🚧

There’s something special about this time of year. The sunlight creates incredible backdrops for project photos, and the aerial shot of the entire building really captures how far this project has come.

The first photo is from Wilkinson Supply Co.. The final beam has been set, and we are ready for the next phase. When many people think of pre-engineered metal buildings, they picture simple warehouses. Today's PEMB systems can support multi-level offices, roofs, mezzanines, showrooms, manufacturing space, and complex commercial facilities while maintaining the speed and efficiency that make them so attractive.

The final photo is of State Contracting Inc. the same building with the red windows I shared a few weeks ago. The project is now in its final stages, with beautiful red awnings and landscaping coming soon.

One thing that stands out throughout every phase is the commitment from our team and trade partners to maintaining clean, organized jobsites while following established safety protocols. Those details are just as important as the visible construction progress and play a major role in delivering a successful project.

What a fantastic afternoon!

Last Friday, we welcomed our clients, trade partners, vendors, and friends to our annual Client & Trade Partner Appreciation Day. Events like this remind us that construction is about more than buildings. It's about the people and partnerships that make every project possible.

We're incredibly thankful for the clients, trade partners, vendors, and industry professionals who continue to partner with us and contribute to our success. The relationships we build are just as important as the projects we complete.

Clean on the inside. Bold on the outside.

An organized jobsite makes a difference. Materials are staged neatly, work areas stay clear, and our teams have the space they need to keep progress moving efficiently.

Outside, one of our favorite design details is already stealing the show: those red windows against the charcoal brick. We love seeing clients bring their branding colors into the built environment. Details like these turn a commercial facility into a space that unmistakably belongs to the company calling it home, and State Contracting Inc. in Apex, NC really nailed it with these windows.

Good construction is about more than putting up a building. It’s about creating a space that works well and looks like it belongs to the client from day one.
