What’s New at Wake Forest HVAC?
We've been growing! Since last fall, we’ve added some fantastic new team members:
Stephen Shinholser is an administrator for us who makes sure all permits are pulled, inspections are scheduled, and warranties are processed. Yes, it is that important to us that everything gets done for you! He also does other behind the scenes tasks for us. Stephen is a former law enforcement and a dear friend of my family for over a decade.
Newman Knott has come on board with us. He brings to the table carpentry, construction, handyman, electrical experience and more. He has been working in these industries for over 40 years! We are so happy to have him with us!
Updates on the Team:
Kody is now our General Manager. His dedication and growth have made him an indispensable part of our team. He is the backbone of the daily operations of Wake Forest HVAC! If you call us, you'll speak with him. We couldn't have grown without him.
Caleb is now a first time homeowner too! So give him a congratulations when you see him. He has been consistently growing in all areas of the HVAC and construction fields. He now mainly focuses on diagnostic and repairs, but is a versatile flex employee. I am proud to have him on the team.
Grant Griffin is now a first time homeowner! He has worked so hard with us and has become such a good technician and installer. He is an HVAC wizard and has unparalleled reliability and consistency in his ex*****on of excellence!! No hyperbole here!
As for me, Mason: My wife Savannah and I recently welcomed our third baby, Leah Grace, this past August! Though sleep is a rare commodity these days, we’re doing well! We have learned that this is the hardest season and it will pass. My role in the company is still to focus on business strategy, scaling, new initiatives, and innovation. I’m grateful for the incredible team that makes this possible.
I cannot express my sincere gratitude enough to all of you whose business and loyalty has allowed us all to grow our families, provide a decent life for them, buy homes, save for the future, and have stability in our lives. We couldn't ask for more than this!!
