Replaced some rotted sheathing and trim boards on this home for a great customer. What first looked like a small area of rot turned into a much bigger issue once we opened things up.

That’s the tricky part with water damage , sometimes the real problem is hidden underneath the surface.

Got everything repaired properly and looking like new again. If you notice a small soft spot, peeling paint, or signs of water getting in, it’s usually best to address it early before it turns into a much bigger repair project.

This bathroom originally didn’t have a fan, and the moisture was starting to wreak havoc over time.
Pine State Dwellings installed new ceiling Sheetrock along with a bathroom fan to help properly vent the space and keep moisture under control moving forward. Small upgrades like this can make a huge difference in protecting your home long term.

Custom gates were made for this deck project. This particular gate is for groceries! The customer thought it would be nice to be able to unload right from her car in the drive way. Cool idea! And this board walk railing infill by RDI Railing looks amazing!

Pantry Cabinet Upgrade

Just wrapped up this built-in pantry cabinet project and I love how it turned out.

The goal was simple:
✔️ Add better storage
✔️ Create usable counter space
✔️ Keep it clean and timeless
✔️ Make it feel like it’s always been part of the home

We went with:
• Classic shaker-style doors
• Soft neutral colors
• Warm wood countertop for contrast
• Upper cabinets with some open shelving + lower storage for maximum function.
