acturing and International Comfort Products. There is fifteen years of experience with Multi-Family dwellings put forth into this company. After successfully creating a company with so much interest for the Industry, it was determined that an expansion was much needed. As a Southern Maryland based company located in Charles County, we took the initiative to increase our service area. In doing so, we have contracted many projects in parts of Northern Maryland and Northern Virginia. With this growth a new location was opened in Sterling, Virginia. This location has since been relocated to Gainesville, Virginia. Since our initial expansions in our service and production areas, we have extended even further to include as far south as Richmond and Williamsburg in Virginia and as far north as Smyrna, Delaware. This also includes Eastern West Virginia and Pennsylvania. As of 2014 our expansions to West Virginia and Pennsylvania determined the opening of our newest location in Williamsport, Maryland. Throughout our divisions we are aggressively seeking the option of new contracts. We have been contracted for large projects with valued homebuilders such as: Pulte Group (Pulte Homes, Centex Homes and Del-Webb), Craftmark Group (Craftmark Homes and Craftstar Homes), Dan Ryan Builders, NVR, Inc., KB Homes, BeaconCrest Homes, Foxhall Builders, Michael Harris Homes with Streetscape Partners, Timberlake Homes and Wetherburne Homes amongst others. With this New Year we are excited to have begun working with our newest trade partner D.R. has been awarded by many of our Contractors, Suppliers and other business affiliates for our dedication, quality and hard work. This includes being a Lennox Centurion award winner from 2002 to 2016. We also are noted to be a Lennox Premier Dealer ensuring our Customers we are the best there is to offer out of all Lennox Dealers. Participation in projects like that of Habitat for Humanity and HomeAid are also under our belts.
