New Construction - House For Sale Soon!
This house is located at 75 Stockyard Road near Keysers Ridge. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with 1,890 sq ft finished and a two car garage. Completion date will be December of 2023.

We started a new project recently that is a first for us. A Timberframe house with SIP panels for the walls and roof. Our guys are taking on this learning experience and doing a great job, like they always do.

Starting a new one.

Tomorrow will be three weeks since we purchased the future home of The Travel Mug. Since then everyone involved has been on their A game. Interior and exterior were stripped, framed new layout, new covered porch and all new window and door locations. Byco Enterprises Inc. installed new electrical and plumbing systems. A new roof has been installed and today siding is going on and drywall was hung and started finishing. Not bad for three weeks!
