This one meant a little more than just another landscaping job.

Our senior customer was doing her best alone but keeping up with the landscaping around the house had simply become too much. Beds were overgrown, mulch had built up over the years, and the backyard space wasn’t able to be used the way it should.

We stepped in to simplify everything and bring it back to a clean, low-maintenance property she can actually enjoy again.

Here’s what we took care of:

• Removed all overgrown landscaping and outdated plantings
• Hauled away 2 full trailer loads of built-up mulch and debris
• Cut down and removed a dead pine tree
• Reworked the backyard layout and removed the old bed running through it
• Created clean tree rings with river rock for a simple, finished look
• Graded the remaining landscape bed remnants and seeded it along with starter fertilizer + straw blanket to reestablish the lawn
• Installed new commercial grade w**d barrier and river rock around the home for long-term maintenance control
• Trimmed trees across the property
• Cleaned up and refreshed existing areas with w**ding, planting removal, and mulch
• Pressure washed sidewalks and work areas (we’ll be back to finish the driveway)

Now the entire property is clean, manageable, and set up to stay that way.

We want to give a big thank you to our customer for trusting us with their driveway restoration project!

This job included repairing a severely washed-out driveway and addressing a previously failed and filled-in culvert. We excavated and installed a long-term solution with a new 15” culvert. To help prevent future erosion, we added rip rap at both ends for proper water control and durability.

We also refreshed the parking pad with new limestone and completed a full vibratory compaction on both the pad and driveway to create a solid, stable surface built to last.

We appreciate the opportunity and are proud to deliver a clean, reliable result that will hold up for years to come!

Before we know it, we’ll need sprinklers again to keep our lawns green and healthy. We’re looking to add clients local to the North Liberty / Walkerton area and offering a Turn On package exclusively for those customers. The package includes complete start up with comprehensive assessment and adjustments to the system as needed as well as programming for the season, and 1 free head replacement. This package averages $175 but can be adjusted based on the size of the system. We will also be offering a discount if scheduled or completed at time of turn on for upgrades such as:
• New controllers
• Remote operation kits - as applicable
• Weather sensors
• Rust control injection systems
• Head replacement / upgrades
As soon as we’re out of freezing temps at night the schedule will be open for early start ups to get that system dialed in for when it’s needed later in the season. Feel free to message directly for all of your lawn irrigation needs.
