Got the opportunity to help Mtn Man construction in Winston Salem with this lil carriage house. Done the shingles, wrapped all overhangs and facia. Will come back do gutters once hardi siding is finished and painted.

Someone had started this balcony in Greensboro and didn’t pull permits which hoa required them to do. So we came in took...

Someone had started this balcony in Greensboro and didn’t pull permits which hoa required them to do. So we came in took over job. Pulled off what was started and found rotted wood, fixed that put flashing like it’s supposed to be then built back. Installed slip resistant tile on top. Waitin on inspection then can wrap it up. If you want the job done right give us a shout we got ya covered !
