Zweig Group, a leading research, publishing, and advisory resource for the AEC industry, honors the 100 fastest-growing AEC firms in the U.S. and Canada with their Hot Firm Award each June. The rank is based on percentage and dollar revenue growth over a three-year period. In 2025, FPA was ranked #82 on the list.

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is proud to announce that Julia Moroney, PMP, PCM, TDM-CP has been named the firm’s Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).

In this role, Ms. Moroney will lead FPA's newly-formed Corporate Shared Services organization, which includes Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Facilities. By aligning the people, systems, processes, and operational functions that support the business, Corporate Shared Services will strengthen collaboration, improve efficiency, and provide the infrastructure needed to support FPA's continued growth and long-term strategic objectives.

On Thursday, May 21st, employees of French & Parrello Associates (FPA) gathered at Tim McLoone's Supper Club in Asbury Park, New Jersey, for the annual Summer Kickoff Party. Colleagues from across offices and departments came together to enjoy great food, conversation, and the start of the summer season.

The Summer Kickoff Party highlighted a tradition deeply valued throughout FPA. Off-site events especially provide employees from across offices and departments with the opportunity to connect, socialize, and build lasting relationships outside of their day-to-day work. Fostering a workplace culture that employees are happy to be a part of is a core value at FPA, and events like these help turn that commitment into reality.

Last week, French & Parrello Associates (FPA) hosted a Cinco de Mayo luncheon at FPA HQ. The festivities included a “Make Your Own” Taco or Burrito Bowl buffet from Bubbakoo’s Burritos, as well as festive drinks and desserts.

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) will be attending the Association of State Dam Safety Officials (ASDSO) Northeast Regional Conference held in Buffalo, NY next week, from Monday, May 18th through Thursday, May 21st. Representing FPA’s Water Resources team at this year’s event will be Christopher W. Marx, PE, John Ritchey, PE, and Kyle Taylor, PE.

Kyle Taylor, PE, FPA Project Engineer, is leading a presentation on Tuesday, May 19th titled Risk-Driven Decisions for Cost-Effective Dam Rehabilitation in New Jersey. The presentation will be featured within the conference’s Rehab Case Studies session block on Tuesday, May 19, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Kyle’s presentation will explore how risk-informed decision-making can help guide dam rehabilitation strategies while balancing safety, performance, and cost efficiency for aging infrastructure systems in New Jersey.
