Ty recently completed his CNC Technical Diploma at NWTC CNC Machining while maintaining his full-time job at Menco - an impressive accomplishment!

He was also recently promoted to be our 2nd Shift Lead!

Ty has done a great job in his time at Menco and we look forward to witnessing his continued growth!

Please join us in celebrating Ron Z.'s 3-year anniversary at Menco! 🎉

Ron came out of retirement to join Menco, working as a part-time CNC Operator. He quickly became proficient in that role and picked up a variety of additional tasks to keep the operations running smoothly!

One unofficial task that Ron quickly assumed is providing comic relief for the team. 😁 He is a joy to be around and we are blessed that he hasn't re-retired yet!

Ty joined Menco as a CNC Machinist and quickly took on programming responsibilities. He was recently promoted to an Estimator/Programmer role to improve our response time to RFQs and has been doing an excellent job.

Ty is truly an asset to the team and we look forward to seeing him continue to grow as we grow!
