An engineered pad with an 11-foot elevation difference has been successfully completed. Through strategic terrain balancing, we initiated pad construction by importing select fill material and placing it in lifts to attain the precise elevation required. The views are going to be outstanding from the second-story balcony!

JM Buildings wasted no time right after we finished the pad they had concrete on the ground. Work out perfectly because we still on this ranch working and got them a rough grade to keep everything draining away from slab.
