🚜🔥 HERE WE GO AGAIN!

Tomorrow we’re rolling into Bellville, TX for another big one!

🌳 25 acres of forestry mulching
🚜 1,900 linear feet of new ranch roads

Lots of trees to mulch, rock to move, and diesel to burn! 💪

Time to put the iron to work! 🔥

That’s a wrap in Thicket, TX! 🚜💪

Another project in the books for KAL Homes!

We started with raw land, and finished with a compacted pad and custom pond for this future homesite.

✅ Cleared and grubbed the future homesite and pond.
✅ Excavated a new ½-acre pond
✅ Built a 6,750 sq. ft. house pad
✅ Spread 32 tons of crushed concrete to establish a construction entrance

It’s always rewarding to see a property take shape from start to finish, especially in just a couple of weeks!

A big thank you to KAL Homes for continuing to trust JN Bar Land Management with their projects. We can’t wait to see this custom home come to life!

From raw land to build-ready! 🇺🇸

Kicking off Week 2 in Thicket, TX! 🚜💪

Clearing and grubbing are officially complete! We’re still burning off debris, but today we started moving material from the new pond excavation to build the future house pad.

This property is really starting to take shape, and we’re just getting started!

Day two in Thicket, TX and we were busy knocking down some trees.

10/06/2026

The fair is over, and it’s time to get back to work! 💪

Move-in day in Thicket, TX for KAL Homes.

We’ve got a lot of mulch to strip back before we start clearing for the future homesite. From there, we’ll be digging a new ½-acre pond and using the material to build the house pad for this new custom home.

Going from raw land to build-ready — stay tuned for this one! 🚜

Proud of both of our girls at the Waller County Fair this year!

Reilynn placed 6th in the Calf Scramble Heifer Show and 3rd in Showmanship, and her heifer made the sale this Saturday!

This was Camryn’s first year with a swine project. Unfortunately, she didn’t make the sale, but she learned a ton, had a great first year, and is already ready to come back stronger next year!

We’re proud of both of them for all the hard work they put in this year.

Come out to the Waller County Fair this Saturday and help support the hardworking youth of Waller County! 🐷🐮🍀
