Install all solar and electrical equipment per the approved permit plans
Install all energy storage batteries/systems and related components to code following the approved permit plans
Run conduit and complete all necessary wiring of the solar, electrical, and energy storage install components
Develop detailed Bill of Materials for residential and commercial projects as needed
Complete system interconnections/tie-ins for commercial and residential projects during power disconnects
Assist as a crew lead by directing the solar installation crew
Complete all required AHJ and utility inspections by acting as the point-of-contact for inspections
Verify all necessary materials, equipment, safety resources are on site and accounted for the electrical scopes of work for each project
Motivate and effectively accomplish tasks through delegation to others. High level of interpersonal skills is essential
Responsible for obtaining the maximum production at the job site and minimizing downtime
Responsible for the administration of the Spreck Energy Safety Plan
Communicate with the construction manager and customer during the installation
Climb ladders and work at elevated heights of two or more stories on various roof types
