This podium apartment project features five levels of Type III construction over two levels of Type I, complemented by 11,000 SF of retail space. The amenities include a rooftop deck, BBQ area, spa, fitness center, and lounge areas.

The Palm & Hollister Apartments will bring 198 market-rate multifamily homes to the area across a 5.9-acre site, featuring 13 three-story Type V buildings and a full suite of community amenities.

Next Phase Construction, Inc. is underway on a 291-unit multifamily project located in the Bay Area in American Canyon. The project consists of three-stories of Type V construction, along with a leasing center and clubhouse. Amenities include a pool, spa, fitness center and dog park.

Check out an inside peek of subterranean podium construction! 📹 🏗️ The level of detail and coordination that goes into these buildings is truly incredible.

This timelapse video highlights the progress of a past, completed multifamily project our team at Next Phase Construction, Inc. built in Walnut Creek.

The project included 135 units across 9 stories — featuring:
• 2 levels of Type I subterranean
• 2 levels of Type I above grade
• 5 levels of Type III residential above

It also delivered 27,000+ SF of retail space and amenities including a pool & spa, community rooms, and a fitness center 💪.

Always great to look back at how these complex podium projects come together from the ground up. Great teamwork!

Major progress happening on 2 projects in Santa Paula🚧!

Our Next Phase Construction, Inc. team is working on both affordable and market-rate housing side by side.

🔵Affordable - Citrus Flats | 166 Units | 3-Story Type V

We’re moving through lath inspection on Building G, entering production drywall on Building H, and placing production gypcrete in Building E. Cabinet installation is now complete in Buildings A, B, and C as interior finishes continue to ramp up across the site.

🔵Market-rate - Arrive Santa Paula | 132 Units | 3-Story Type V

Lath is starting on the clubhouse, preliminary drywall and drop ceilings are underway in Building 1M, trusses are rolling on Building 5M, and next week we’ll be setting trusses on the final building - a major milestone.

Exciting to see both communities rising together and progressing through multiple phases simultaneously. Proud of our field teams and trade partners for keeping strong momentum.

Next Phase Construction, Inc. is sharing a behind-the-scenes video of the Monarch Hillside Apartmets under construction in San Diego showing where this 249-unit community begins — with major site work operations now underway.
🎥 ⭐️

This development will ultimately include five residential buildings and a dedicated leasing center featuring four- and five-story Type III construction over basement levels with tuck-under garages — plus a full amenity package including a pool & spa, rooftop lounge, fitness and yoga studio, co-working spaces, and even a pickleball court.

Excited to see the transformation beginning from the ground up. The early phases aren’t always the flashiest — but they’re critical to delivering quality housing in central San Diego.
