Superintendent Wanted – Lead the Job, Own the Results
We’re looking for a Superintendent who knows how to run a job site, lead a crew, and deliver results. If you can balance the client’s schedule, manage the work, and ensure the crew is productive—even when things go sideways—this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
Run the Crews: Size them right, allocate them smartly, and make sure they’re productive.
Keep Things Moving: Balance the client’s critical path while always having fallback work ready for delays.
Start the Day Right: Lead the morning kickoff to get everyone on the same page.
Own It All: Profitability, safety, schedule adherence, and quality are your responsibility.
Do the Job Right: Make sure work is done per plan—every time.
Build Relationships: Work directly with the client’s superintendent. That relationship matters.
What You Need:
The ability to take charge without being a “yes man.” You make the call and stand by it.
A strong backbone: push back on the client when needed, while staying professional.
Solid experience with Large Sitework Projects for Multifamily Developers and General Contractors.
Ability to Manage Cut/Fill, Utilty Crews and Foundation Crews simultaneously
A focus on respect—earn it from your crew and foremen.
The ability to collaborate with foremen but know when to take the lead.
A customer-service mindset that doesn’t compromise your standards.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
