Hours: M-T 6:00am-4:30pm, F 6:00am-12:00 (optional overtime)
Salary: 25.00/hr + (negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Programmer/Setup professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision components in line with strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (milling, turning, etc.) based on technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
• Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
• Perform quality checks on finished products using precision measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery, tools, or programs to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Setup or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as G-code and CAM software (Fusion 360).
• In-depth knowledge of machining processes, tools, and materials.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Commitment to workplace safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification, degree or EXPERIENCE in machining, engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with a range of CNC machines and their operations.
• Experience with multi-axis machining and complex setups.
