Crews are busy and progress is underway on the new 152,500 SF Fairborn Middle School. Peterson Construction is proud to be back on site, building on a successful 2016 upgrade with a new phase of improvements for the Allen County Sewage Department.

Significant progress is underway! The new sludge storage tanks and sludge thickening building are completed. The old sludge storage and handling facilities have been demolished, and excavation for the new SBR tank is complete, with the foundation slab now being poured. Wall construction is scheduled to begin in April, with startup of SBR #1 targeted for late summer to early fall.

In parallel, the American Bath SCADA upgrades are in progress, with system startups ongoing. We appreciate the continued partnership with the Allen County Sewage Department and ms Consultants as we advance this important project.

Our team is making great strides delivering this CMAR project for the City of Bryan at their Wastewater Treatment Plant. Recent milestones include aeration tank concrete work, installation of gravity sludge thickener equipment, and continued progress on the new Administration Control Building. We’re targeting a Phase 1 startup in late April/early May, with the City expected to move into the new Control Building this spring. It has been a successful partnership working alongside the team at Arcadis to deliver this project for the City. We are proud of the team and partners helping move this important infrastructure project forward.

Peterson Construction is proud to partner with Troy City Schools and Ruetschle Architects on a transformative district-wide improvement project that includes four new school buildings and a major high school renovation. The project features the construction of three new elementary schools and one new middle school, designed to support modern learning environments and future growth within the community. In addition, Troy High School will undergo significant electrical and mechanical system upgrades to enhance performance, efficiency, and long-term reliability. The new school buildings are scheduled for completion in 2027, marking a major milestone in the district’s commitment to providing exceptional educational facilities for its students and staff.
