Work is progressing at Crestview Local School District and the Facilities Improvements Project is beginning to take shape!
The multi-phase project includes construction, equipping, renovations, and installation of various improvements throughout the existing campus. One exciting milestone we recently saw was the installation of curbs for the new track—another visible step forward in bringing the project to life.
We’re excited to partner with Garmann Miller and Crestview L*D and look forward to watching this project continue to progress and positively impact the school community.
This multi-phase project is anticipated to be completed in Summer 2027.

Crews are busy and progress is underway on the new 152,500 SF Fairborn Middle School. The new school is anticipated to be completed in August 2027 and is being constructed adjacent to the Fairborn High School/Career Tech & PAC, which PCC recently completed in 2024. https://petersonconstructionco.com/project/fairborn-ms-stadium/

Peterson Construction is excited to once again work with Fairborn City Schools as we build toward the future and support the academic goals of students, staff, and the surrounding community.
This project is a true collaborative effort between Ohio Facilities Construction Commission, Garmann Miller, and the entire project team.

Peterson Construction is proud to be back on site, building on a successful 2016 upgrade with a new phase of improvements for the Allen County Sewage Department.

Significant progress is underway! The new sludge storage tanks and sludge thickening building are completed. The old sludge storage and handling facilities have been demolished, and excavation for the new SBR tank is complete, with the foundation slab now being poured. Wall construction is scheduled to begin in April, with startup of SBR #1 targeted for late summer to early fall.

In parallel, the American Bath SCADA upgrades are in progress, with system startups ongoing. We appreciate the continued partnership with the Allen County Sewage Department and ms Consultants as we advance this important project.
