When a commercial roof reaches the end of its service life, a surface-level fix isn't always enough. 🏢⚠️

At Eugen's Auto Sales & Repairs in Philadelphia, Lemus Construction completed a full flat-roof replacement that included removal down to the deck, new polyiso insulation, tapered crickets, a fully adhered 60-mil GAF TPO membrane, new pipe flashings, enlarged scuppers, and aluminum perimeter drip edge. 🔨🏗️

It’s a complete roofing system upgrade designed to improve durability, drainage, and long-term building protection. 💧🛡️💪

Humberto & our crews continue active roofing work across the New Castle, Delaware community. The apartments now carry charcoal GAF - Roofing Timberline HDZ shingles, new soffits, aluminum capping, & the clean lines that come after the tear-off noise settles.

Rivers Bend I is officially moving toward the finish line! 🏠🏠

Lemus Construction recently completed roofing work across all 38 buildings at this Philadelphia community; covering approximately 1,024 squares of roofing.

The project included much more than a standard shingle replacement. Our team handled roof removal, decking inspections, flashing, ventilation, parapet coping, rake wall capping and approved VELUX skylight replacements.

The roofing system included GAF - Roofing WeatherWatch protection, underlayment, Timberline HDZ shingles, Snow Country ridge ventilation and TimberTex ridge caps.

Led by Project Manager Daniel, the project covered 39 buildings and 2,300 squares over 87 working days, featuring GAF - Roofing Barkwood shingles with engineering support from Kipcon Inc. .

Momentum continues at Deerwood Country Club Estates! With the first phase officially complete, our crews are now moving into the next section of the community.

Up next are 12 buildings in the East Country Club cul-de-sac, bringing us one step closer to completing the entire East Country Club portion of the project. From there, we'll shift into the West Country Club phases, where another 20 buildings are scheduled for exterior improvements.

A well-planned phased approach helps keep residents informed and gives property managers a clear schedule to follow. Strong planning leads to a smoother project from start to finish. 🚧🏡
