Just some answers to a lot of questions I've been asked about Site Sidekick.

The app is free. If you're not satisfied with your services the refund will be 100%. You only pay after you've completed whatever task you're working on and the technician has successfully walked you through your project and you click job completed. Then the money you owe will go straight to the account of the technician who helped you. But after you submit the project as being completed. For instance. You have a problem with a light switch or car problems or most any other kind of problem. You'll click the category you need help with and type in a brief description about your problem so the right technician can get in touch with you and you can either schedule a time for the tech to call you or click immediate support and a tech will contact you within 10 minutes via video call through the app and they'll walk you through your problem step by step. Then after you've successfully completed your project you will click job complete and the money for the time you were on the call will be paid to the technician who helped you. Download the app and look at all of the categories and you'll see what I'm talking about. If your technician don't help you correctly then you can report them through the app and they'll be disqualified from accepting jobs through the app anymore and you won't have to pay anything. But our technicians have to submit their credentials so I don't think that'll be a problem very often if at all. If you're a technician then you would download the app and sign up to become a provider. Then you'll set your rates per minute that you'll be on each call based off of your experience and trade specialty. For instance. I'd start off with a rate of $1.00 per minute for an electrician or plumber or something like that. An instrumentation tech would start his rates off at around $2.00 per minute and go up from there based on his or her experience. An auto mechanic would be around $0.50-0.75 per minute. And so forth. The technicians can be rated after each call and users have the ability to save their top technicians to use every time if they're really satisfied with a particular tech. The techs could be in Washington State and Helping someone in Florida. It doesn't matter where the user or tech is. This app is especially useful for retired technicians who can't really get out and physically work anymore but have more knowledge then the average everyday technician because of their experience. They'll get to pass on some of that knowledge to the younger generation and make a supplemental income and also still feel useful. But anyone can be a technician as long as you really know the craft you sign up for. I'm sure once this app gets established it'll be an awesome tool for everyday use for anyone who has a problem they're not quiet sure about. Technicians will be standing by at all times to help you.
